Do you like using your free betting offers on horse racing? If so, you will probably want to make the most of the upcoming major meetings before the end of the flat season. There are some great meetings ahead, particularly QIPCO Champions Day at Ascot. So, let’s take a look…
QIPCO British Champions Day takes place on October 15th. It’s a one-day event, with all of the best horses on display. The winner of the Irish Derby, Jack Hobbs, is set to make a return in the Champion Stakes. He’s currently priced at odds of 10/1, and will likely be a shorter price nearer the event. He’s competing against hot favourite Almanzor, and popular horses Minding and Found.
The contest between Ribchester and Galileo Gold in the Queen Elizabeth II Stakes is a mouth-watering one to say the least. Galileo Gold has had an incredible season, engaging in a number of highly anticipated match-ups at Goodwood, Ascot, and in Ireland. He won the 2,000 Guineas, beating Ribchester by three and a half lengths. But, the Richard Fahey trained horse is looking to reverse the order, and is currently favourite at a price of 9/4.
The QIPCO Champions Sprint is one of the more competitive races on the day, with Meccas Angel and Quiet Reflection currently joint favourites (4/1). This could be ideal for those who like to punt their free bets on a horse EW at higher odds.
Of course, we cannot finish this post without mentioning Order of St George – one of the standout performances from Royal Ascot this year. A P O’Brien’s horse was boxed in and had it all to do; yet the horse was a class above the rest, giving jockey Ryan Moore yet another winner. Order of St George is currently favourite for the QIPCO Champions Long Distance Cup at 11/4 if you fancy using your free betting offers on that. Look out for more great betting promotions nearer the event!
